This is a U.S. Spec Subaru WRX 5 speed transmission filled with a Japanese Spec STI RA Version 6 1st-5th gear set (brand new). The gearing is much shorter then stock but evenly spaced which is much more fun to drive in town. The gearing is also great for Autocross, Road Racing and Rally Racing applications. This transmission comes with cyro treated gears and a micro polished main shaft, and is pre assembled using your center diff housing and diff. Also inclundes brand new complete 1st and 2nd syncro assembly, new baulk rings, new seals, and bearings.
Note: if you want to use a 5th gear out of a U.S. WRX, there is an additional $75 charge.
FLI will charge the customer $1000 as a core charge. After the customer sends in the core transmission, FLI inspects it and if it is approved, FLI will then refund the customer $1000.
