FLI has updated our Stage 4 STI power package with the ATP GT3076R turbo kit.  This power package is rated at 375 whp and around 350 wtq.  This kit includes the standard mount GT3076R (GT3071R is an option) turbo, Tial 44mm external wastegate (v band with dump tube and wastegate springs), APS 3 inch turbo inlet and the APS TGV delete kit (no TGV motors).

Here is an example of an 05 STI we just completed with the APS 525 front mount intercooler, APS 3 inch turbo back exhaust, APS Equal length header/up pipe, APS Blow off valve, APS TGV Delete kit,  PE 850cc fuel injectors, Walbro 255 ml/ph fuel pump, Cobb 70mm short ram intake and our FLI Stage 4 power package.  Max boost was 21.5 psi tapering to 20.5 psi.  This was tuned in house and the map was saved on the Cobb Tuning V2 AccessPort.

1st Dyno Graph notes: The temp in the dyno room was 56 degrees with 41% humidity and Intake Air Temps were around 80 degrees (measured at the intake manifold).

2nd Dyno Graph notes:

Base: The temp in the dyno room was 47 degrees with 46% humidity and Intake Air Temps were around 75 degrees (measured at the intake manifold).

Test: The temp in the dyno room was 56 degrees with 41% humidity and Intake Air Temps were around 80 degrees (measured at the intake manifold).

Overall, our FLI stage 4 upgrade turbo kit maximizes efficient power using the factory STI engine.  FLI recommends using all the parts tested above with our Stage 4 power package.
