FLI developed this Plug and Play Conversion kit because there are a lot of Japanese/US Subaru engine conversions out there with no support on wiring. FLI's wire harness conversion kit allows a customer to plug and play a brand new wire harness with new engine sensors and a Link G3 stand alone fully programmable state of the art ECU on to many different Subaru JDM and US engines.
FLI has been perfecting this Plug and Play Conversion Harness for many years now. FLI has held back releasing it because we wanted to make sure all testing procedures have been completed. This kit includes everything needed to install an EJ20G, EJ20K, EJ25, EJ205 or EJ207 engine into any vehicle. This includes Sand Rails, VW bugs/wagons, Impreza/Forester/Legacy cars, boats or airplanes that can be powered by a Subaru engine.
This Plug and Play kit includes the latest Link G3 LEM Stand Alone ECU with 8 auxiliary outputs, high quality Plug and Play complete wire harness, Bosch under dash relays, 3 Port boost solenoid, Link dual channel igniters (X 2), Intake Air Temp sensor and a Bosch 5 wire O2 Sensor.
All this wire harness needs is to work properly is a main + 12 Volt battery power and a main chassis ground. The only other needed wiring is to the gauge cluster (speed, RPM, Oil Pressure, Water Temp, etc...)
The customer must supply the engine harness to FLI or certain OEM plugs that FLI cannot supply. Note FLI might only need the engine harness or certain plugs from the engine harness (Maf, ISC, etc.) not the ECU or under dash harness.
