MSI fuel rails are precision CNC machined from billet 6061 T-6 aluminum to allow a extra large 5/8 in fuel capacity which provides 10% more fuel over the factory fuel rails. The fuel distribution block is also CNC machined and mounts directly on intake manifold with airflow spacers to provide maximum cooling in front of the throttle body. The fuel distribution block is also equipped with coolant passages, while the return block can accept up to 4 separate return lines when additional injectors or sensors are needed. MSI's unique profile has a “v” style fuel inlet with the option of running a separate fuel return line for each injector if desired for high end race applications. This minimizes fuel turbulence and un-even distribution with ordinary North to South fuel delivery setups .
Here are some installation pictures:
Here is a graph showing 8% injection duty cycle decrease with the same boost using these fuel rails vs. stock.
All hardware mounting brackets included are stainless steel, as well as the braided Goodridge 600 series Teflon lines that are pressure tested and feature swivel fittings.
